1. Warranty Coverage

• We provide a limited warranty for our hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, as indicated on your purchase receipt or invoice.

2. Warranty Claims

• To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department within the warranty period. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as your purchase receipt or invoice.
• Warranty claims will be processed in accordance with our warranty policy. We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine the nature and cause of the defect.

3. Warranty Limitations

• we only claim warranty for manufacturing defects
• Damage caused by improper installation, use, modification, or unauthorized repairs and corrosion of metal are not covered
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or acts of nature are not covered
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts are not covered
• Rusting of the product are not covered under warranty.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh
• Any disputes arising from this warranty policy or the use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh
